    We have been Standard Customers for over 25 years, and the HVAC and plumbing service we have received has always been exceptional. Thanks to the company receptionist, *****, the scheduling process has always been simple, straightforward and dependable. This record of superior performance extends to each of the techs as well. Every tech who has addressed our needs has been superbly trained, through and determined to see the job through. They have always been forthcoming in answering our questions and describing the procedures necessary to remedy whatever problems we were experiencing. Their manner is professional and their competence is obvious, but beyond these qualities it is always very clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely want to do the best job possible in every instance. Just this week our semi-annual HVAC servicing was completed by ***, and a long-term problem with a leaking spigot was put right by Josh in less than an hour.
    In all our interactions over the years STANDARD has indeed set the STANDARD.
