    In February of 2023 I gave them money orders that totaled $******** to put a place on hold and was told that if we changed our mind before lease was signed we would be given our deposit back. We decided to not go with them and requested the money back they sent us a check and after I deposited it in my bank there check bounced and because of this my account is now raked up overdraft fees and bounced check fees . I've called and requested them to fix this issue they said they would send a new check well it is now going on 2 weeks and no check . I called back and they always tell me that there is know one there to talk to me about this issue. I just want my money back

    We have looked into this further and a check was returned without date on it. A new check was then overnighted to the customer. We also provided proof to the customer that there was plenty of funds in the account and honest mistake of a date on check was why this happened. We have emailed this customer showing proof of our mistake and a new check was also overnighted to the customer.
    Mistakes happen and we own our mistake on this one!
