    Everyone needs AVOID this property management ,and 619 Moro Street ( Manhattan KS) ,like the black plague. We have gotten so sick in the last 4-6 months . I had to make multiple doctors appointments and yet we couldn't figure out what was making me so sick. We have pictures from when we moved in with clear signs of BLACK MOLD around the refrigerator gasket( can only imagine what's in the walls and vents) and in the bathroom. We asked if the refrigerator could be replaced and they said no, " it runs just fine". The apartment smelled like dog pee and they stated it was from upstairs. The carpets were , infact ,never cleaned. Patch work never finished. Doors and floor destroyed from past animals. We Didn't know our health was going to decline this bad. Only 2 windows with one having an AC unit that does nothing in the hot months . Being a prior heat casualty ,we've had to leave it running 24/7 just to help a little. We Couldn't even air out the place. There were fleas during the showing and they said there wasn't. Good thing I got proof for everything. It's a good thing our pup is always up to date on her treatments because a short time later, within a WK of being there, we found one on her. They will try everything and anything to cover their butts, even though ,they didn't even take the time to clean said residence properly . We found super old photos from the 90s and 2000s underneath the drawers. Yet again, just another sign they don't care about proper cleaning. I had to dig out the driveway, from roughly 3-4 inches of mud , just so we could have a path to go get mail. My significant other has actually fallen twice because of mud build up that kept returning in the driveway. The property management was supposed to be in charge of ground maintenance and they failed. We came home one time to see someone they contacted for gutter cleaning actually destroyed one of our mats. She is also auto immune compromised so she's been really bad the last few months.
