    Ben does a great job. He always shows up when he says he will. He is very professional and personable. Every job he has done for me have been perfect. His prices are fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend him.

    I've been in KS 5.5 years and have gone through I don't know how many contractors--some even 'big name' contractors. With virtually all of them I've had to pay to have their work re-done. Then I found Ben and Custom Services and Restoration. This is the ONLY company I will use now. If, for some reason, they won't be able to help me I know I can trust their referral (but I haven't had to do that yet). I promise you will not be disappointed in their work.

    We contracted Custom Services and Restoration LLC for our siding and painting project. Ben knew exactly what we needed and was able to work us into his busy schedule. I'm on a fixed income and he gave us a price quote that beat other competitors. Ben contacted me daily via phone, text or in person about the days schedule. His crew removed old siding, installed new siding and painted the house exterior. They were very professional and their attention to detail was superior. Despite adverse weather, the project was finished ahead of schedule. We have received many comments from our neighbors about how nice our home looks now. We highly recommend Custom Services and Restoration, LLC for your property remodeling, disaster repair or restoration.
