    I signed a contract to purchase a memorial stone from Von on 5-7-20. I wrote a check for $845 as down payment to start the work. Von was to create an approval drawing for me to sign and return before the stone was to be cut. Contract promises to complete the work in 2020. The remainder was to be paid upon receipt of the stone. I have yet to receive the approval drawing. I have called, and emailed many times including a request for refund if he is unable to complete the work.
