Pyle Construction built my home among other homes in the Kansas region. My home was built poorly along with multiple others in the town in which I live. I write this review to help others to avoid the hardship this has created for me and others experiencing it. My home had plumbing that was leaking from many fittings, so bad, they ALL had to be replaced by a plumber. We had MANY leaks that destroyed cabinets, flooring, etc. Upon getting ready to move into the house the tiles all started popping off the concrete floors. The concrete floors are not level. All the solid surface flooring had to be replaced, the builder argued that it was a problem with the tiles, the investigator from the flooring company advised us that it was an installation error issue. He replaced the flooring after attempting to say there was nothing wrong with it. There were many areas in the house that had holes in the ceiling near fixtures/AC unit, etc. as trim outside and inside missing. Slowly some was repaired, others were not. The plumbing for spickets outside were made to drain back into the house leaving it susceptible for freezing pipes in which I had many of, including the toilet pipe, laundry drain pipe, and so on. In Spring of this year the pipe exploded and caused damage to my house. Due to this we found more things hidden behind the walls. The builder would threaten he would have his brother sue us and our neighbors if we spoke out against him. He would promise to fix things then not show up or it would take numerous attempts to fix. These issues caused a 4 month delay of moving into the house. This house was BRAND NEW. The home was to be warranted for one year however many things would not be fixed until the final week making it impossible to get closure on items that needed to be done. Toward the end the builder even blocked our calls. This business is not part of the BBB. This is not isolated, multi families in my town have lived through this. Beware!!!
