    On October 28,2024 eco powerwash cleaned and restained our deck. It was suggested 48 hours of drying time. We allowed nine days before allowing anyone in the area. At this time we noticed an area already peeling. Immediately notified *** ******* of the issue. He stated they would be there within a week to address the issue. That was 3 weeks ago. I have since tried to contact him again multiple times with no response.

    The company has responded. They have stated that the issue will be resolved. As of this date 12/8 weather has not permitted this to happen.

    On 6/4/22 *** was hired to clean and stain our deck. At this time he said it would have a 4 year warranty.However later on 5/9/24 he changed it to only a 2 year warranty.After he got done staining it started sprinkling before he even left and started raining heavy shortly after.There was standing water on the deck.It created several problem areas on the deck that *** said he would fix.On either 6/18 or 19 *** came to fix the problems on our deck that was caused by water.After he got done the stain was very uneven and he also left several spots that were splatter marks from the stain drying before he could wipe them up.The quality of the work performed was subpar to say the least.I was not happy with the finished product and asked if there was any way that I could have some extra stain to try to even up the deck so it all looked uniform and that he fix the stain splatters.He said he would fix the stain splatter but they still never went away.I tried my best to even out the stain on the floor of the deck.Ever since the deck has been stained, we have had a problem with the stain coming off on anything that touches it.I told *** of the problem on 7/2 and he responded with "Strange. 100's of decks never had that problem.Let me know what you want to do I guess".As someone who is not an expert in deck staining, how was I supposed to know what I wanted him to do?I didn't want to cause problems so I just let it be and hoped that time would cure it and the stain would eventually stop coming off.Now, 2 years later and the stain is coming off just as bad now as it was then.On 5/9/24 I text *** to tell him that our deck has been an absolute nightmare and stain is still coming off almost 2 years later.He said it is an easy fix that just needs cleaned and lightly stained.He said he would have it fixed Memorial Day week.He never showed & was ignoring all my calls/texts.I got him to answer from a diff # and he said he would do it 6/28 and no show again and will not respond again.
