    Have rented storage unit for 3 years. **** *** ** ****** ******** *** ** *** **** ******** ** ****** I have attempted to notify this company that I will be vacating storage at end of August 2023. I have been unable to make contact. Have tried calling, I have sent several texts and emails. No one responds and no one answers the phone. I even sent a letter to name and address listed for owner at county assessor office and it was returned. Now I am getting an invoice through ****** for September. Obviously the owner is not responding but continuing to bill and I do not want this company to try to say I owe them for months that I am no longer storing at this facility. From what I understand the person I had a contract with sold this facility in 2022 but I have never received any contact information from new owner. Previous owner advised the new owner took over his email and ****** account. I found the owner listed as ***** ****** using the facility address.

    Be advised that I have contacted ****** as this is who this company goes through to send invoices for payment for rental storage. They advised me that the phone number, email address and physical address which is shown on their invoices is the same contact info they have but also have not been able to make contact. I also initiated a complaint with ******.
