Dog was said to be totally healthy, reports that they gave me reflect this. Dog was taken to a different vet the next day, and was diagnosed with awful teeth and later diagnosed with luxtating patella. I was lied to about health of the dog and the medical records were falsified apparently. I wish to have my dog’s medical bills paid for, or a refund of my adoption price or both.

Hello *********,  I am sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with Unleashed and with your adoption of **** ********** We do our best to accurately assess the animals in our care as well as follow up post-adoption to make sure they are adjusting well. I am seeing here you adopted on 12/12 we called you and left a voicemail to follow up on 12/13 after your adoption to see how **** was doing. We also emailed you as well to follow up and remind you of your free wellness exam on the 15th, three days after adoption. You replied to the email about scheduling issues but never mentioned any medical issues or concerns either time. At that time, according to your complaint, you had already seen another vet by then but made no mention to us. Please send us any medical records you have from your vet to ************************* showing the diagnosis of having bad teeth and a luxating patella. We would be happy to look into this further with you.
