      On May 6, 2022, I signed a contract with Kansas City Siding and Window to install polymer siding on my home and one storm door on the back of my house. Installation of the siding was completed on August 2, 2022. Prior to completion **** called and told me that they had a bronze storm door and would I accept that. I told him no because it was supposed to be an almond colored door. I was then told that it would be 10 days before the storm door would be in. When **** (the owner) came to pick up the payment due he told me it would be 10 days before the door came in and for me to hold out a couple hundred dollars until I received the door. On August 26, 2022, I texted **** to find out whether the storm door had came in and when would it be installed. I received a text back from **** saying "They haven't called. Let me check.. Thanks." I did not hear back. On September 12, 2022, I again sent **** a text regarding the status of the storm door. I indicated to him that he said it would be 10 days and now it was over 30 days. I received a text back from **** saying "So sorry I was just telling you what they told me. It is in shipping I see this morning so as soon as I get it we will do it this week." Never heard back. On September 22, 2002, (after posting my dissatisfaction in a review the night before) I received a telephone call from **** in which he said he had picked up the door and it was white. He asked what color did I say I wanted and I told him almond and he said that is what he had ordered. He said that he was going back down there to see if they had given him the wrong door and he would get back with me. I asked was he getting back with me that day and he said yes. I have not heard from him. It has now been 60 days and I am tired of getting the run around. I had a storm door on the back of my house prior to getting siding. My old storm door was taken down and thrown away by the installers. I want my storm door per the contract.
