      attached are a few of the letters I sent to Distribution in Mulvane KS who are charging me to store my books (around 1500) of them) monthly, but I cannot get any copies or get anyone to respond to text, email, online ordering or snail mail phone etc. It surprises me that they have a good rating with the BBB considering all the bad reviews i see on their website. I am beyond disappointed, worried, stessed and concerned and losing sleep that I will not get the rest of my own product. What is going on with this company? Did they close and still send bills for revenue? Are they under new management and discarded the books??? Why wont they respond to my repeated requests. This is awful!! What am I to do?? You are my only and last chance. Attached is the complaint I copied and scanned to email, a bill, a letter one of many. This is indeed baffling and dishonest. Please help me get my books.i will pay shipping to be rid of worry and stress. Im 75 and bad with apps, online forms etc so I hope I have given you enough info to investigate and get my books back.
