    • The order process over the phone was smooth and the girl curteous. The problem was when I requested that they use a cell phone and snap a photo of the completed arrangement and send it to me. I requested this because it is the first time I have used their services. I have had some bad arrangements in the past (other businesses) that were cheapened, made smaller, or they used a lot of cheap fillers. Apparently, they don't want to show me the arrangement that I paid for - for some reason. They put me on hold for 5 minutes, said the boss was out and wanted to charge me $5.00 for a cell phone picture. I am not purchasing a photo to use in a business, I AM wanting to see the results of what I already paid for! Their business is not selling "photos". Their business is floral design and making the customer happy with results! I asked again for a photo of the arrangement I paid for, and the girl on the phone angrily said she doesn't have time for me, and hung up on me. I can think of a couple of reasons this type of business would NOT want to send me a photo of the arrangement I ordered. One, if it doesn't look like the one on the website (I was told that they had all the right flowers to create that arrangement). Secondly, if they used cheaper items to fill the order and a lot of cheap filler. I made it clear that I was OK with substitutions (but same size, color) They really fought me over this! I was shocked! This attempt to aggressively block me from seeing the arrangement (or talking to the boss) was clearly intentional. I usually try to order from reputable florists with a good reputation. This is my first time ordering from this business. Since I am out of state, I really wanted a photo so I can see their work and give an honest review. All I can say is "Buyer Beware" on this company. You don't know what you are getting and they certainly are NOT willing to show you. I hope they will gain an understanding of this and it will result in change.

Hi, Sandy. We're sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. Sending photos is not part of our SOP for deliveries. It is considered a special request where we need to pull a designer to stage the picture of the arrangement and then transmit it to the customer, which is why we feel it fair to charge the service. We are proud of our arrangements and are not hiding anything, I (the boss as you referred to) was on my day off. You may check our social accounts for client testimonials on our designer arrangements, as we ensure our flowers are always fresh and personalized for your needs. After explaining all these, our team received harsh remarks, so we ended up sending you a photo of your order via email on 1/3/23 at 12:31 pm, free of charge. The service was rendered as requested because we take customer feedback and satisfaction seriously and are surprised to see this review posted a day after providing our services. We truly hope this clears things up for you, and we apologize that none of our solutions were satisfactory. Thank You and hope you have a great week.

Sir, To clarify, I wrote the review a day before I received the photo on email. Your reply was filled with things I already knew or already mentioned. The photo was not staged, the arrangement was set on a stool against a wall and a photo snapped from ABOVE the arrangement. "Staging" is a professional term used by photographers with a professional outcome, and I know what that means. This is not an unusual request. When an out of state customer purchases something they normally want to see what they just paid for. The photo lets the customer know what the purchased completed item looks like. I was firm in wanting a photo, but not harsh. Your ladies were frustrated by my request (that they could not fill) and that resulted in their being condescending (unprofessional) and they actually hung up on me when I was trying to tell them I needed to actually see the finished product! That has never happened before. I had more difficulty with this order than any other in 40 years of ordering flowers in multiple states! That has to say something! I can tell you are a conscientious boss. I appreciate that. I get a feeling your business is new and your girls are not professionally trained in customer service. I hope changes are made so you can send a photo (no charge) to customers who are out of state so they can see what they just paid for. By the way, the floral arrangement was very nice. Your designer did a great job creatively with the flowers (she is gifted) and the recipient was very happy! She mentioned just how fresh they smelled. The issue here now is customer service. I wish you well and great success with your business.
