    Terrible! I would definitely would not recommend. Put in my order for the new window and business said they would be out November 26 and they were a no call no show. I called the business the following day mulitple times and never a returned phone call. Continued calling the business the following Thursday and Friday and still no returned phone call. Called that following Monday and finally spoke with someone saying they were out of the office and that our window broke and they had to reorder it. I asked why someone didn't call me and she said they were suppose to. She said they would re-order my glass and they would be out on December 17 first thing in the moring to install window and once again they were a no call no show. I called and spoke with someone at 12:20pm and she said she was going to call and see when the installers would be out and never returned my phone call again. She text my husband and said the installers got into a wreck and would need to reschedule and reorder the glass. Terrible business, no communication, and never followed up to let us know what was happening. I had to take 2 days off work so I could meet with them and they did not have the courtesy to show up or even call me back to let me know what was happening. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS.

    Unfortunately, some of the info is true but not all. yes while the office personal was out sick for over a week we had phone issues to which new phones were purchased but not set up correctly so we did not have a working office phone for several days, and yes her glass was ordered the wrong measurements the first time and was re ordered . and yes yesterday she was scheduled for the afternoon and crew was in a horrible wreck and her glass was broken. . her glass has already been reordered with a rush on it . its just been a unfortunate string of mishaps . we would like to still install her glass for her and are offering to do it at a considerably huge discount, we are waiting to hear back from her currently.
