    I Had a lease with this property management company when we first moved in. Because of their negligence, they were removed by the owner as the property management company during our lease. A new property management company took over. However, they are alleging that we owe over $7000 when they are not the property management company. We do not owe them any money as they are not the property management company currently. This is either fraudulent or a grievous issue with their information and documents. I have tried to contact them. However, communication with this company seems to be an issue. I was made aware Communication with them was one of the reasons they were removed as the property management company. I would like someone to contact them to resolve this issue. If they can be contacted, I would gladly provide more Information such as address and Anything else Needed.

    I have been asking this managment personnel to fix the bathroom over 1 year. There is mold, sagging and unstable floor, water dripping behind the wall, an unfinished shower fixtures. I moved out on 10/31/23 and no one has attempted to get back with me regarding my deposit since the move out date.

    Skyview Property Management (**** ******l) is claiming that I owe them $1,524 in rent for an apartment I vacated in May of this year. The lease had been month to month with the previous property owners, though no actual lease agreement was signed (or exists) between Skyview Property Management and myself. I have attempted to contact Skyview/**** ******* several times without response, including 2 messages sent through their payment/maintenance portal, 2 separate emails to **** ******* himself, and a voicemail to the only phone number I could locate through google. One of the messages through the payment portal, titled “I have moved”, was marked as complete, so I know that it was seen and acknowledged by someone at Skyview Property Management.
    Though threatening eviction, the company has failed to provide more current contact information, and its online presence is nonexistent. I believe this company to be fraudulent.

    Moved into the duplex on August 31, 2022
    Paid security deposit of 1395, on August 31, 2022
    Moved out of the duplex on August 31, 2023
    Deposit is owed back since the house was left in immaculate condition.
    Kelli Sigler told me the return was processed back to us on September 29, 2023 And we have heard nothing back. I have made multiple attempts to contact their management company to get an update and no response.
