    Called MAK to speak with *****. I was told she was in but unavailable and would call me back. Two days later, when I didn't receive a return call, I called again and was told the same thing. I suppose ***********************-picks whose calls she wants to return, which isn't only happening to me. From a discussion with other home owners, it looks like it might be time to start looking for a new management company or just do away with this one and have the home owners take it over entirely. It's been done before and if our *************** went up to support paying MAK, who was also given a raise, I'm thinking our money could be better spent elsewhere. I was just informed that during a recent *** zoom call, ***** was asked if *** would maybe go through our subdivision to inspect the various issues and she responded they would cost extra but their website implies that this is an included service. "Regular on-site property reviews for compliance, maintenance, and suggested work situations to make sure your neighborhood looks its best." so on top of an increase in the management fees, we're now going to get knickle and dimed for them to inspect the *** they're being paid to "manage"?
