    When I bought my vehicle I was guaranteed free oil changes for life and this was through ******** ****** who sold it to of the Nissan of Olathe and now they are refusing to honor agreement and demanding I pay $69.00 for the oil change. Clearly a violation of my initial agreement. I never agreed to the sale of the dealership but would expect that they keep the commitments made with initial seller.

    I purchased a new Nissan Altima in 2013 from McCarthy Auto Group. The deal included lifetime oil changes. We continue to own the car. McCarthy now refuses to honor the agreement but says it sold the Nissan division to ****** ** ****** and as part of that sale ****** ** ****** agreed to continue with the service. I contacted ****** ** ****** and the representative states they did not agree to do that and has no obligation to me. There are many other customers in the same situation. There is no dispute as to whether this legal obligation exists, but the two entities disagree on who is responsible to take care of the customers with lifetime oil changes.
