    June 3rd patio work started. Added on our existing patio and had DC stamp the concrete. I paid him $10,400

    They cut a sprinkler line and I notified him of sprinkler issue on June 7th

    June 27th discovered an entire zone of sprinkler system was inoperable and notified him.

    Reminded him about it on July 25th

    August 10th, tells me to "have a guy come out and locate the issue" and then he will fix.

    Ever since he has not returned any of my calls or texts. He is ignoring the issue.

    I had to pay *** **** * ********* company $568.16 to remedy DC Concrete finishers error. I waited patiently for 93 days. The grass on one entire side of my house is now dead.

    Review of the invoice there are not any services for water lines nor locating lines. Our line of business is concrete work.

    August 10th the client contacted me about the water line issue. I asked for the client to have the water lines located and then I would fix. (If the damage was caused by our installation)

    I am rejecting this response because: this is ridiculous. if the contractor would have replied to me in a timely response and not completely ignored me maybe that would have worked. you can't locate lines without digging. digging is $125 an hour. I asked you repeatedly if you were doing this or am I and you simply did not respond. Yes your line of work is concrete but that doesn't mean you can destroy everything and it's path and not repair it.
