    I had granite countertops installed on November 15th costing $5,480.95. Countertops look wonderful, however, now my cooktop does not fit correctly due to an oversight in the measuring process. They did not account for the half inch of height that was lost from the old countertop to the new countertop resulting in my cooktop sitting lower and infringes on opening/closing of the two drawers that are directly below it. I contacted the company and confirmed a mistake was made. The issue was elevated to the owner, *****, and she sent photos of the issue to him on November 25th without response. She gave me his contact info since she was unable to help. I contacted ***** and had to leave a voicemail and text message several times and was ignored. He did respond with e text on Thursday Dec 5th and said he would have a solution by the end of the day. He felt to respond back to me on Thursday with a solution. I checked in on Friday and was ignored. When I did finally get to speak to ***** on Saturday Dec 7th, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He told me he would find a solution, but did not have a timeline for when he would give me that solution. In that conversation, he told me he would follow up with me on Monday, December 9th, which he did not. The company made a mistake and it needs to be corrected. I have been very patient throughout this entire process, but just consistently being ignored. ***** has known about this issue for two weeks.

    On 5/14/21 I paid Global Stone LLC to cut and install granite countertops and sink. 6/28/21 they came to install them. They were supposed to be on their way but text they would be late. After 4 hours they showed up. They installed the tops and broke 2 out of 4. Then I noticed cracks and repairs in the other 2. The workers admitted the pieces had been broken when they were loading that morning and they tried to repair them. They took the sink and 2 of the broke pieces with them. They left the 2 repaired pieces. They came back 7/7/2021 with 2 replacements. They broke one of those in 3 places again, the other had chipped repairs filled with resin. They also chipped the new granite sink during installation.
    I went the next day to the showroom of Global Stone at the Kansas City location and talked to **** (a partner). He came to the house and agreed to replace 3 of the 4 pieces again. But he said the sink piece was fine. He did agree the sink would have to be replaced because they chipped it. But the sink piece is now the worse piece of all. Their cutting error chipped the quartzite and they filled the chips with resin. 2 of the resin pieces have now fallen out so the top has big chips showing.
    **** and **** (production supervisor) came back to look again a few weeks later. **** and an employee came again to fix the sink but it was a chip. a few days after they left I got Covid and Shingles. I have a compromised immune system so I cancelled the next appointment. 6 months later I got Covid a 2nd time.
    By the time I felt ok it was October 2022 I contacted them by certified mail. Since the 4 original pieces were bad and the 2 replacements were bad, I just wanted a refund to have another company do it. They did not respond. I posted something on ******** in December 2022. ***** (the owner) responded wanting an explanation. I explained everything to him, no response. I contacted him again 1/23/23, no response. I emailed today 4/4/23
