    NCRI was hired by my condo association for post-hurricane repairs. I have emails dating back to March 2022 that state that my unit at the ****** ****** and the punch list of work that needs to be done would be completed "next week" or "in the next two weeks". I was told in May 2022 that the cabinets for the kitchen were ordered and would soon arrive. It is now coming upon the end of February 2023, and I have no kitchen cabinets and no work has been done on the bathrooms. The kitchen was demoed in December 2022 and only then did I learn that cabinets had not actually ever been previously ordered (which in itself is unacceptable), and I was assured that the cabinets would now arrive in 2-3 weeks and the bathroom work would be completed in the 2 weeks leading to the cabinet arrival, as long as I called and made the payment with NCRI for the bathroom work. I did that on February 3rd. We did a walk through last week and discovered that zero work has been done over the last 3 weeks, and only when the project lead stopped answering my emails and calls the last 2 weeks did I discover that he is no longer working on ****** ****** at all.

    I am at the end of my tolerance with the lack of work by this company. I have had 10+ months worth of promises that have not happened, and I am left with a unit that cannot be rented. With the increase in HOA fees, taxes, and insurance, and the fact that it cannot be rented in its current state, we have lost a great deal of money on this investment and continue to do so. I have no faith at this point that this work will ever get done.

    Our manager spoke with the homeowner and let her know the timeline and he expressed to her how so sorry he was for the delay. The cabinets were ordered. They have been delayed by the Manufacturer. We will have cabinets by 3/20/2023 we were told. We will install right away. We will address the floor the week of 3/6/2023-3/15/2023. We need to get the warranty door in before replacing. It arrived on Wednesday 3/8/2023. The materials for the bathroom are in and we started the demo on 3/8/2023. Bathrooms will be completed by 3/20/2023. Our goal of all materials come in is to be completed by 3/30/2023.
