    I was quoted a price of $319 for a leaf clean up with the possibility of it being more if more time was needed. I was told that 2 hours is usually enough time. Then I was billed for more than twice that amount of time and given a bill of $566.50 dollars. I will never use this company again. They clearly misrepresented the amount of time they would need for the leaf clean up.

    We provided the cost up front and as she stated did provide the cost if the leaf clean-up service took longer than the typical 2 hours. Our goal is always to provide clear and accurate information, and it seems we did not meet that expectation in this case.
