    YOU are the best part of Allegion/Schlage! Although finding you was an investment of time, as a representative of your company you saved the day! I now will tell everyone about the customer service when purchasing Schlage. I loved how you had the pictures provided which helped diagnose my problem. I loved how personable and patient you are. You are very detailed in explaining what is needed to get the information you need to process our claim. I am thrilled to know that you are in Kansas!!!! Not only are you professional, but we laughed during the tedious moments, which made the experience so much fun.

    Please share my comments with your administration. I think you should be awarded as an exemplary employee! They should use your example of customer service as part of their training program so that you can be duplicated.

    Please don't hesitate to have anyone from the company contact me if they would like more information on my experience with you.

    I bought a Schlage expensive keyless entry door handle from Homedepot a year ago and the really cold winter here in Minnesota disabled the key screen. I wrote Schlage to ask for a replacement and the promptly sent me one in the mail. I was very pleased with their customer service. Will be buying their products again!! They stand by their products!!

    Installed a Schlage Encode smart lock and within 2 years it no longer works. Does not connect to the WiFi and cannot program it. Have attemtped multiple times to contact customer service - calls are never answered. Tried to send a request for assistance via the Schlage website form and again no response from the company. Horrible customer service will not buy one of their products again.
