My household completed the travel survey 01/13/2025 with a promised incentive if $80. (3 members used app x$20 and 2 members used website x$10). I was never contacted regarding my incentive payment. Reading other complaints I never "picked a gift card" or directed it be mailed to me. Frankly, I would have chosen electronic payment / gift card not USPS Mail service for delivery. I have sent several support messages which have gone unanswered and also scheduled a phone consultation to discuss this but no call was ever received.

    Hello,

We noted your inquiry about not receiving your
gift card for participating in the Tucson area travel survey. I have resent that to you as well as sent the direct link to you via email again so you can redeem it.

I would recommend choosing gift cards that you
can use right away (the codes or online). If you request to have one mailed to
you, that is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure delivery.

Also, the total amount for your household
participation is $70, not $80. It is $20 per app user, $5 per non-app user in
the household. You can refer to payment structure attached.

With any further questions or issues, please contact me via email ****************************

    Thank you,

I completed the ******* **** ********* ****** ******. It was a phone survey and I was given a $40 gift card for this survey. I was then offered another $40 gift card if I downloaded an application and allowed the company to track my driving habits for 24 hours, which I did. After 40 emails back and forth, the company will not pay me the remaining $40 that I am entitled to. They keep referring back to the original $40 that I was paid. I am seeking the other $40 that was promised for allowing them to track my driving habits. They have stopped replying to my emails. This feels like a scam.

    Hello,

We sincerely apologize for any confusion you have
    experienced regarding the compensation for completing the ******* **** ********* ****** ******.

    The
first $40 payment was issued to you for your participation in the Zoom session
(User Interview) which our systems show this has been paid.

The remaining $40 was issued to you for using our driving app to participate in the travel survey. Following your participation in this study, our systems show that you successfully redeemed this into a ********* gift card and requested it to be sent to you via mail.

After corresponding with you about this directly and as a good faith gesture, we further issued to you a second $40 in compensation. Our records show that you again redeemed this into a ********* gift card and requested it to be delivered by mail. This gift card was mailed to you on January 8th.

We are awaiting your confirmation of delivery.

Please reach out to the manager that has been assisting you with this.

    Thank you,
