    On January7, 2025 I called this establishment as I had locked my keys in the car while the car was running. I was told that the service call was $69.00 and may be higher depending and the time and difficulty of the job. The service man arrived within 20 minutes. When he arrived he stated the price would be a little higher depending on the difficulty. It took him approximately 15 minutes to get the dcar open. He then told me the cost would be $250.oo. When I asked why he said it was because of the weather and there was snow and ice on the ground. He had no trouble driving to the front kof my house. The driveway was clear and he did not have to walk on any ice. I asked for a receipt and voiced my complaint about the price. He told me he did the job and I would have to pay. I have called 5 times and spoke to someone who did not identify themselves. He said there was no number for q manager or owner of the company and that he would have to call the service person, He stated someone would call me back at some point. When I asked why there was about 300% increase on the quote he did not answer

    A customer called at 11:10 AM requesting a vehicle lockout service as she had accidentally locked her keys inside her car. We dispatched a technician despite severe weather conditions, including a snowstorm and temperatures of 20°F. Upon arrival, the technician provided her with the full price for the service before starting the job, to which she agreed.

    After the service was completed and the technician had already left the location, the customer called to complain about the price. She claimed that the weather conditions were not challenging, although she herself had not driven in those conditions and thus could not assess the difficulty involved.

    The customer was charged $328.90, which included $280 for the lockout service and an additional $19 for the service fee. It is important to note that our service fee is $19, not $69, as the customer alleged (this is confirmed in a recording).

    At no point did we pressure the customer to accept the service or to pay for it.
