      Our truck has been in their possession for over a month, and they continually promise that it will be ready “early next week.” They claim they are waiting on a part, but there has been no clear communication or progress. ****, who is supposed to assist us, is rarely in the office, which only adds to the frustration. While they offered a car loaner, a truck is essential for our farming needs. Overall, the lack of support has been unacceptable. I will not be returning to do business here again.

      Awful to do business with. Have been without my vehicle for 6 weeks, no loaner car, no communication on delays. They clearly don’t care about inconvenience caused to you being without a vehicle. The tech Aaron has no clue what he is doing. Told me I didn’t need a second estimate after I made an appointment for one and showed up for it only to find out when I called two weeks later they haven’t touched my truck because they are waiting for another estimate. Never bothered to call and tell me that though.
