      I began dealing with Roofing Force on or about April 2021. They were hired to do replace my roof, awning and gutters. They did not do a good job putting on the roof. I had leaks inside of my house that were not present when the insurance adjuster initially came to inspect. They came out several times because things were flying off of my roof because of poor workmanship. **** ****** and the employees promised that the ceilings in my home would be repaired. They sent out a person to start the work and the work was never completed. There are new people who work there who ignore me and blow me off and lastly they just told me that the "owner" stated they will not finish the repairs. They did not finish other parts of the job that my insurance paid them to complete. They lied to my insurance company in an effort to get them to pay for the inside leaks.
      I had a medical issue and they used it to their advantage to short me on the quality completion of my home repair.
      I have tried to contact them and I did not find out they were not going to finish the job until I reached out to the painter who had left items at my house from the previous job. Clearly he had every intention of completing the work or he would not have left his ladder and other machine items at my house.
      This company is very dishonest and the contractors they hire are substandard.

      Met with ** **** ****** tonight and were able to come up with a solution where ** **** feels compensated for her frustration and feeling more positive about Roofing Force.  She has agreed to remove the negative BBB review and will reach out to the BBB to confirm my above statement.
