    I have yet to receive my floral designs. My husband, and the father of my young children, passed away in October 2023. My sister in law contacted this company to preserve my flowers from the funeral as she had used Lavender Ducky Designs to preserve her wedding flowers in 2021 and her designs are so beautiful. My sister-in-law dropped off the bouquets the day of the funeral (October 28, 2023) and I have yet to get the arrangements. It is September 16, 2024. It has been 46 weeks so far. My sister-in-law has contacted her a 5-7 times to check on the flowers and she keeps saying she’s in this part of the process or that part. She said she would be done by the end of the week and that was at the beginning of June and she has said that twice more since then. We have sent her 5-7 messages and heard back twice. We have asked for photo proof and get nothing. I have a three year old, two year old, and a brand new baby. I wanted these flowers to be preserved from their father’s funeral as a keepsake forever for them to appreciate as they get older. Now I’m not even sure that I have flowers at all. I have no idea where they are. I spent over $600 for this and now that money is gone with no product.

    Hello! Thank you so much for facilitating this. I would like to withdraw this complaint. The business has satisfied my request.em your way” and on March 22, she affirmed that she would keep me posted. On March 29, she promised to contact me on April 3. When she failed to do so, I asked again on April 4 and she claimed that she “typed out an email and must’ve not hit send”. I asked her for another update, on which I am still waiting. I also found out today that multiple other brides have had issues with her either not delivering their pieces at all or delivering terrible quality work. I am tired of giving her chances and being strung along. She took my flowers from the special day and I can’t get those back ever. I just want to get back the money I paid her and I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. (I also have all of this conversation documented in case you need it.)
