      From my experience, they do not care about customer service or keeping their word. They talked me into buying products under certain conditions but did not follow through. I am out of $450 for products sold to me under conditions that did not materialize for products I did not receive. they refused to give me back my money for products I never received. They said they would call me after a period of time but did not. On Oct 23, 2024 the guy talked me into buying a backup for my computer for $100 and a router he said I needed for my WIFI for $349, saying I needed to buy router then before it went off sale in a couple of days. We agreed that after he checked the 2 external hard drives i had brought in for data check, in a week, he would call me. We would set a time for a guy to come to my house to install back up and router, for which I would pay extra. The person would bring the router, , and back up to my house to be installed and the hard drives. He did not call. After a few weeks I called him. Nov. 15 i called him and was told he would check hard drives that day and call the next day. He did not. Dec. 6 I called again and was told he had no luck with hard drives. Nothing was said about bringing the products and installing them. I did not say anything because by this time I did not trust them. When I went to pick up hard drives as i had been asked to do on phone, I asked for my money back for products not received. He refused. He said no refunds. I never even had my hands on the products.
