On 4/27/23, Bill and his son ***** came out to pump our septic tank. They showed up two hours late, did not address that, charged $125 over what they quoted, and we’ve just found out that they didn’t even pump the tank. We are having our septic tank replaced right now by another company, and they said that Bill’s never pumped the tank. I have documentation for this, and would like to get our $425 back, since they didn’t do any work stated in the contract.

There is no "Bill" in Bills septic service. ***** is not "Bills" son. This job was overseen by Johnson County Environmental inspectors.

She was given her refund via Venmo the same day she complained. The refund was given before she even filed this complaint.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered]
    Complaint: ********
I am rejecting this response because:I’ve attached photos of “Bill’s” workmanship. These photos are from two weeks after “Bill” supposedly pumped the tank. It is evident that “Bill” did not do the job at all, as the tank is full to the brim.
The hiring of “Bill’s” services was not in requirement to Johnson County, but in partnership with the buyer of the house. “Bill” should not be in business if “he” charges people $425 without completing any work.
    Regards,
