    I took my car in to have a headlight replaced and a trim piece in my bumper was knocked loose during the process. I tried calling and leaving messages but he would not return my calls so I showed up in person. He then tried to blame the issue on me or something else, not wanting to take responsibility for the damage. He told me he couldn’t fix it and walked away. I have tried to text him to get insurance information for his insurance to pay for having to fix the trim piece he broke loose but he will not respond.

    The consumer came in to complain about the bumper damage 6 to 8 weeks after the headlight was replaced. Business denied working on the bumper, the damage did not come from the business.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The damage was done by the business in question. The delay in bringing the car in was due to the fact that the business owner never answered the phone and didn’t return phone calls or texts. I had health problems during this time and could not drive there any sooner. The damage was done at your shop.
