    The appraiser was rude, he valued our house way bellow smaller homes without garages, or other amenities that ours had. He marked our one acre brick home as agricultural instead of residential and refused to amend it, which would not allow us to continue with our loan application. Really wish I could rate this company as less than a one star!

    Appraiser performed a drive by appraisal of my home. Compared it to homes that were not even similar to mine. When asked for reconsideration they denied ** all the homes I listed werent within a 12 month timeframe of selling. There are zero homes just like mine in the area Would not recommend ever!!!!!!

    The appraiser was very professional, warm and friendly at the same time. She went about her task with no disturbance to the normal activities going on in the home at the time. She was very respectful of the occupants in the home, removed her shoes as soon as she entered the home, even though she didn't have to. From reading the report 2 days later, rather prompt, I'd say, she was thorough and addressed every aspect of the house.Thank you very much, *******************************************,***********************.

    I had my home appraised in November of 2021. Older man that came was very nice and professional, but that is the only good thing I can say about that company. Paid $615 for him to say my house was 100sq ft less than it is. He also appraised $30K less than it had appraised in March of 2019. Didn't do the refinance because of that. He used comps from different counties, that weren't even close to where I live. I live next to a large Tourist lake and houses surrounding mine sold for much more than he appraised. I went to refinance again recently and they sent this same company info. I will not use them to appraise again.
