    I can’t say enough good things about Young Management Group, Inc. They have consistently gone above and beyond in managing our Association. From day one, they’ve made it clear that our community’s well-being is their top priority. Whether it’s responding quickly to resident concerns, keeping our common areas in top shape, or helping the board navigate complex decisions, they are always professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success.

    We live in lees summit and young management group based in Overland Park ks is our hoa in Stoney creek. It is my experience that they do not represent us well! We have a rental in back of us that has let the lawn grow over a foot (this is not the first time I have complained about the various renters that have lived there). I contacted our rep that is over our area here to no avail. We have not had one (seven different renters since we have lived here!) that takes care of the house or yard and I feel it is running down our property value!! We also had a multi family living there at one time that had the police here more than once!! When I called to complain about this latest problem she said I will contact the renters but that was over two weeks ago and no response. The renters that were there last left this past winter and no one checked on the house so everything froze and I’m sure the house has extensive water damage. YMG was also called about that problem as well. Our representative of YMG said “I’m not sure I even have a number for them to let them know!” I have since called the city on my own to complain. YMG seems to pick and choose what they want to take care of! It seems to be they do not care that cars are parked on the street and these people are not visiting- it is houses that consistently have their cars on the street. We also have golf carts roaming the streets as well as a go-cart at times ! I understand the golf carts however, our HOA cannot just decide on their own what the rules are and let important items such as the ones I’m complaining about go unnoticed! Our road which is Georgetown is like a freeway with people speeding through like it’s a drag strip! The speed limit is 25 mph. Each year our hoa fees go up and I’m sure they will continue to do so even though we have many new houses in our subdivision. I know we have three pools and some outside perimeter of mowing and care but I feel the above items I mentioned need to be addressed !

    Young Management did a very poor job with our HOA's annual meeting vote. They messed up the voting and admitted that in a text message to me, which I have saved! They also refused to let me see the results of the votes in detail, for almost 2 years, when I had the right to see it in 10 days of less per Kansas Uniform Common Interest Owners Act, and our HOA bylaws. I also asked to see how each resident voted, for whom they voted, and was never given that information at all.

    YOUNG MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. IS NOT FAIR WITH ALL HOMEOWNERS. CERTAIN HOMEOWNERS GET SPECIAL TREATMENT AND OTHERS DO NOT. I KNOW THIS DUE TO TALKING WITH MY NEIGHBORS AND ASKING THEM ABOUT CERTAIN SITUATIONS AND FOUND OUT MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY DIFFERENT. I BELIEVE YOUNG MANAGEMENT GROUP ARE PREJUDICE. THEY OVERCHARGE HOMEOWNERS AND KEEP RAISING THE HOA YEARLY DUES WITH NO CHANGES TO THE NEIGHBOR OR UPGRADES. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING A HOME, PLEASE CHECK WHO THE HOA COMPANY IS. I CAUTION YOU DO NOT BUY IF YOUNG MANAGEMENT GROUP IS THE COMPANY. THEY DO NOT TREAT THE HOMEOWNERS FAIRLY, NOR WILL THEY KEEP UP WITH MAKING SURE THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND POOLS ARE NICELY KEPT.

    There are several things you have accused Young Management Group of that Young Management Group has no control over and made other accusations that are completely false. I will address each one. Regarding your accusation of overcharging homeowners and raising the annual assessments. The member elected homeowner Board of Directors approves your annual budget and sets the annual assessment, in addition to setting the collection policy on delinquent accounts (suspending pool use on delinquent accounts). The Board of Directors approves all vendors and neighborhood improvement projects. As for the "prejudice" and "certain homeowners get special treatment" accusation - these are baseless accusations, please give facts, who, what, when? As for the maintenance of the pool complaint, - your pool key card has not been active since you became a member of the association. How would you know what condition any of the three pools are in? We have had no complaints from homeowners who have access.
