Veritas Global Protection and Red Shield Administration are conducting fraudulent practices. They sell a warranty and have no intention of paying out. They take customers’ money for auto protection but it takes weeks to get a response to a claim and then the response is “denied.” When asked to speak with someone, all they do is say there is no one else to talk to. My service department couldn’t get a response from anyone there and neither could I. When I asked about next steps for appealing a claim, they told me there aren’t any. They are a total scam ripping off customers. I didn’t even choose them, my auto financing company chose their plan for me. It want cheap, I paid $2900 for a plan that should have covered all mechanical failures, but they haven’t covered the ones my car needs.

The extended warranty offered by Veritas Global Protection Services LLC and Red Shield Administration LLC has a terrible reputation among vehicle owners. It is considered the worst extended vehicle warranty due to its aggressive approach to denying claims and avoiding payouts. A major issue is their tendency to deny claims. They meticulously scrutinize documentation and exploit vague coverage language to reject claims. Even valid claims are nitpicked for minor discrepancies, leaving policyholders frustrated and without coverage. When claims are approved, it’s often done with numerous conditions attached. They frequently short-pay on parts or labor, forcing policyholders to cover significant repair costs. In some cases, they refuse to cover certain components or repairs, citing obscure clauses or manufacturing defects to absolve themselves of responsibility. Additionally, the claims process is lengthy and time-consuming. Policyholders face a bureaucratic maze of paperwork and documentation requests designed to wear them down. Weeks or months may pass before a claim is resolved, leaving policyholders without necessary repairs and increasing frustration. Veritas Global Protection Services LLC and Red Shield Administration LLC also shift blame onto external factors or third parties. Policyholders expecting financial protection are met with excuses and finger-pointing. They may claim that the manufacturer, repair facility, or policyholder is at fault, further eroding trust in the warranty provider. In conclusion, the extended warranty by Veritas Global Protection Services LLC and Red Shield Administration LLC is a cautionary tale of trusting vehicle protection to an unscrupulous provider. Their relentless claims denial and frustrating process make them the worst extended vehicle warranty. Consumers should thoroughly research and consider alternatives to avoid falling victim to their predatory practices.

I purchased a Red Shield protection plan when I bought my vehicle in 2019. Had a very costly issue with my car, and Red Shield promptly went to work on getting my vehicle repaired and back to me after submitting my service documents. They saved me thousands of dollars, and their customer service is great as well.

Purchasing a protection plan for my car was such an easy process when working with Red Shield. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and called back in less than 24 hours. Great company to work with.

Everything is done online. I broke down at night and alerted them with my smartphone then sat back to see just how long it would be before I received any kind of response. What a pleasant and honestly unexpected surprise I had when someone was dispatched to help me almost immediately.

Worst ever .. I took my car to 3 shops , they refused to work with this warranty company claiming that they play games and hard to approve repairs and at the same time they make you give up on following through by putting service centers on hold for very long hold times ... dirty games
