    Purchased a Cake from this bakery on December 22nd at approximately 7 p.m. using on December 25th dinner. Between the time of purchase and before attempting to eat the cake, it was refrigerated at ~ 37 degrees Fahrenheit. At dinner after slicing the cake, it was observed that the fruit on top of the cake was moldy and spreading to cake. At this point, the guests had to dispose of the cake and the remaining cake was placed back into the box to return to the establishment. Upon returning the cake was told I could only get a replacement cake and they would not refund me for the product they produced citing that the cake needed to be consumed before one or two days after purchase (we were not told this when we purchased the cake). Upon attempting to return the cake I was told a refund was not possible despite the fact that there are no signs saying All sales Final visible at the premise nor on the receipt. I am very disappointed in this customer service and the establishment not standing behind their products, service and customer satisfaction. I would like a refund if possible but will instead contest the purchase on my credit card.
