    We bought a 6 person core tent through Costco a few days before we left for a camping trip. Went to set it up, 1 part was missing. We used duct tape to make ut work for the 2 days. On return, we messaged core trying to get a warranty claim on the missing part.
    They messaged me saying they would contact me within 1 business day. The next business day, jo response. Following day no response. We again wrote core fir waranty help. NOTHING. 3rd day same. We wrote again, but the following day, we returned the tent to Costco for refund.
    Decent cheap tent, but just pray you don't need warranty parts

    Bought a new tent direct from the website two weeks before an event that I needed it for and got a used dirty one. Now because of this whole mess I will need to take a used dirty tent to an event because I have no choice in the matter because this company now has my money so I can't just go buy a new tent from a retailer like I should have done in the first place. You would expect buying direct from a manufacturer. You would get new stuff when you paid new prices instead of lightly used stuff when they don't sell refurbished anywhere on their website.
