      Avoid this firm at all costs. I enrolled with them in 2021 in desperation. I enrolled two accounts with them. They handled the first account fine. The second account they seemed to initially ignore. I had legal papers served upon me by the creditor and I informed Royal Legal Group that I was being summoned to court. Their advice? "Ignore it". Well? I DIDN'T ignore it because I knew a settlement in court without me having legal representtation there would result in a default judgement against me and then liens against my bank accounts and payroll. I had to be VERY insistent with Royal Legal that I REQUIRED legal representation in my case and that I couldn't just "Ignore it" like they were advising me. After much persistence, they recommended me to an attorney outside of their practice. I was able to contact that attorney with about 3 days to spare before the court date and luckily the outside attorney represented me and I avoided a default judgement. Trying to contact this company since March 2024 has been IMPOSSIBLE. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service email address and most have gone unanswered. The one respone I FINALLY received several days ago told me they can't discuss my case via email, I need to call. Well? Whenever I call, and I mean whenever I call, I get put on hold by an automated answering service that states they are experiencing high call volumes. I limit my time on hold to 15 minutes. Since March, I have called no less than 10 times and every single time I waited 15 minutes and never got a live person. It's absolutely absurd.

      For the past 3 years I thought it was a good company at first. I think the company is untrustworthy. All of my payment were on time, however Royal legal keep moving the end date. I’m wondering if they’re pocketing the money! The Company word means absolutely nothing. BBB now they’re giving me Year 2024 I’m disabled and can not afford this company I fill like I’m being taken advantage of! I can afford this company any longer. Please help! Always one more account Has to be settled. God be with anyone that sign up with this company, they don’t care.…I just want them out of my life..never again. Praying ???? for it to end. From now on I will always check with BBB first!
      Very unsatisfied what kind of company is this for real. Think about getting my lawyer involved I kept my end of the agreement in good standing.

      For the past three years, I have been dealing with a company that initially seemed reliable but ultimately proved to be untrustworthy. They failed to represent me in two court cases, which led to my wages being garnished. Despite attempting to contact an attorney, I received no helpful responses and was continually told to call back in three days. They also mishandled my account, claiming that there was an issue with my bank routing number, which took 6-8 months to fix and was never fully resolved. They even coerced me into falsely claiming on a recording that I lacked the funds to pay one of my debts. Although they managed to settle one of my small debts, the other three were substantial and I had to take care of two of them myself. I was making payments on the last debt, but the final payment was collected and is still sitting in an account instead of being sent to the current creditor. I am still attempting to resolve this issue. Regrettably, my dealings with this company have been one of the top three bad decisions in my life.

      They do not stand behind their word! The contract is not backed and constantly changes... I am a very unsatisfied customer.
