      We have unprocessed claim(s) that still need to be processed but nobody involved seems to know what is going on. I have spoken to multiple representatives from Allied National and GM Billing Recovery and nobody seems to be able to find this out and I am being given different information by each person I speak to.

      I have now spoken with two different representatives with Allied National and gotten two different responses. The first was that the facility license was requested from ********** ******** *** but had not yet been received. The second was that Allied does not necessarily need their license but they would need a W9. This does not make sense either since Allied has paid out other claims for the same patient via the same medical facility (per ***** with GM Billing).

      Regardless of which documentation is still needed, it is ridiculous that grown educated adults can't figure out how to send a piece of paper to another person. Just attach the fucking document(s) to an email and click send. Seriously, how long does that take?

      This needs to be a priority and we need to have these remaining open claim(s) processed asap! There is no reasonable explanation why this is taking so long and it can be solved immediately. Both companies, Allied National and GM Billing Solutions, have provided the worst customer service throughout this process.
