    On 04/27/24 I ordered online from Bass Team Tackle, LLC **** * **** ** Overland Park, KS 66207
    10 Hammer Stand-up bass fishing jigs for $41.45 charged to my debit card with my credit union.
    I emailed the company about 2 weeks or so after my initial order to check on the status of the shipment. No response. I searched online for the owner ****** ************ phone number and did speak with a *** ****** ********** of Overland Park KS but he denied any knowledge of Bass Team Tackle. I never received the merchandise and my credit union denied my request for reimbursement in the transaction.
    I just want a refund.

    On June 5, 2024 I placed an order for some fishing lures. I have never received any notice of shipment and I have never received lures. I have tried to contact the owner ****** ********** on 4 different occasions with no response. After no response I looked on his company's facebook page and saw many complaints of the same. They just take your money and no product which is stealing. I just want my money back at this point but I would like to see him shut his website down if he is not going to send people their product.
