    We have had **** out several times to repair our garage doors and eventually replace both openers. The work was good and his response time was reasonable. We recently did a bunch of work on the outside of our home and went through him to replace our Garage doors, since we had used him for other garage door-related jobs.

    **** came and gave us a bid on June 10th. We paid $1800 for the full job on June 10th - sent via ***** to his "girlfriend's account" (******* *******) per his request. See attached contract for confirmation.

    Last heard from him on July 12th and his supplier still had not gotten the steel.

    Since then, his phone has gone straight to voicemail (and VM box not set up), his email address bounces, and his website is just several links to Garage Door KC. No responses of any kind, now almost 3 months after the job was paid for. I would be more ok if there was communication, but at this point, the lack of response across multiple areas does not give me hope.
