    This company staff damaged my plywood underneath my shingles, trims sidings, installed leaking gutters/ downspouts, holes on gutter covers& secured only one side of gutter covering. They came back to repair some but not all the problems. I’m left with 2 one inch holes on gutter covering and unsecured gutter cover. Their manager ***** stated” there’s nothing wrong with your gutter. We are done! You are picking on us because you don’t like the person! We are done talking! I will send someone to put ONE screw & only ONE on your cover! We are done!”

    We were contracted by ***** Siding to handle a small job ($746.95) at the residence of the customer, *** ****.  The job was completed on October 11th.  On October 22nd, we returned to replace a dented downspout that had a slight dent in it due to over tightening a screw.  On October 30th we returned to remove a screen gutter guard that the customer says was popping up and it had started to collect leaves.  We removed the screen and upgraded the gutter guard to a better option completely free of charge.  On November 1st, we returned to add some sealant to a corner that was leaking.  On November 8th, I sent the Field Supervisor back out to run water into the gutter to ensure that the sealant had cured and that there was no further leaking.  ***** Siding called on 11/14 to say that the customer had climbed up on the roof and said that there was an "aggressive amount of sealant" in the corner where it was leaking and that one of the gutter guards was missing a screw. It was at this point, that I told the contractor that we would not be going back out to the residence because the gutters were, in fact, correctly installed to industry standards.  He called the customer to let her know that Jet Stream would not be back out to the residence.  Ms* **** called Jet Stream the next morning to complain.  I (***i) am the General Manager that spoke to her and let her know that we would not be back out unless there was a real issue concerning the installation of the gutters.  We have bent over backwards for this customer and she is still unsatisfied.

    The customer is making unreasonable claims about her plywood saying that Jet Stream employees damaged it. I have had two different managers over to the home to inspect it and there is no damage to the fascia boards (plywood).  Her complaints were 1) leaking in the corner 2) screen popped up (see photos) and 3) a dent in the downspout.  All of these items have been corrected.  We even upgraded the gutter guard screen to a better guard at no additional cost.  I also went above and beyond and sent my field supervisor out the 5th visit to run water in the gutter to make sure that the corner was fully sealed and he found that it was not leaking at all.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    You agreed your staff returned 5 times to repair your installation mistakes. They were proof of installation failure.
    You received payment & suddenly my complaint is unreasonable. 
    please look at the video which showed no screws on one side of gutter cover. This is Jet streams poor installation & this is your poor quality standard. How could you look at those video/ pictures & said it’s meeting industrial standards! 
    Your action is totally irresponsible. Got your payment then denied & denied regardless there’s warranty your company offered. it’s just another scam to lure customers for your company benefit.

    Had three technitiosn come out to properly install gutter guards. Now, front gutter is clogged after install and company is refusing to resolve stating will not honor five year warrenty or guarentee.

    This customer has been difficult from the get go. We had gone out to his property multiple times. He was belligerent and foul mouthed with my female office assistant as well as my GM. We had installed a gutter protection to his gutters and after multiple trips out there our technician really felt that it was a poor gutter installation that we did NOT do, someone else did that this customer was unable to get ahold off to correct the problem. My GM notified him that the problem was with his gutters and NOT with the gutter protection. However, after he left his horrible reviews on every social media platform there is, ****, ********* ******** and several others, I the owner reached out to ***. I explained that he hadn't even given us a chance after sending video of the problem to rectify it. I immediately sent a technician out to his house to address the problem, and I even owned that the downspout had a blockage that we missed. We cleared the blockage and fixed the problem.  This man has written so many one star reviews and is just nasty about every company he comes across. I am so sad that he has gone to this extent to try and ruin a small business reputation.

    After ***** submitted video footage to multiple review sites instead of us, I was able to see the problem that he was having, it was NOT with the gutter protection that we installed, but with a pre-existing clog in a downspout. I contacted *** and sent out a technician that same day to correct the problem. We owned that we missed a significant clog that was there BEFORE the gutter protection was installed. We removed the clog and the problem has been rectified.

    I EMAILED and CALLED SEVERAL times to the business and technicians and was told it was NOT their issue and that I should get the gutter installer to correct. ONLY after I placed public reviews did I receive a phone call and was berated/guilt tripped as to why I was trying to RUIN a small business. That the OWNER was just now apprised if any issues or concerns. She then said that the field supervisor would be out to look at my issue again but he was going to miss the COMPANY BBQ because of me in order to do so. I did receive and Email stating that someone would be out but no approximate time. At the time of the phone call advising the tech to be enroute I was not near the property nor could make it there in an appropriate amount of time. Her attempt to Gaslight the issue was inappropriate. AFTER the technition,found the issue I had tried to address, did they take full responsibility for it and asked me to update (NOT REMOVE) the reviews that they found. Her response is NOT apologetic or completely truthful; blaming the customer, yet again. They promise to install gutter guards and insure clear gutters on install. IF a customer has a repeated issue, the owner should be contacted to rectify for unsatisfactory service, NOT blame the customer until the issue escalates as it did. It shows how unprofessional the business is as a whole. Hopefully we will not have to have any further contact, the warranties to complete out/expire; and all parties are satisfied. Please see my end to be complete UNLESS any other complications arise.
