      ************************** this company has refused to provide me appropriate itemized statements for the service rendered in june. I have been unable to file medical sharing as a result of their not doing so. They now referred me to a collections agency because they refused to do what I need them to do. They operate the ER at olathe medical center.

      I received a report on my Credit and in the mail from a *** ******* ******** *********** ***. I emailed updating my address & requesting for a detailed itemized statement along with the information of the medical billing provider & billing and accuracies. I then received the attic updated documentation with the details listed that I requested with exception to them stating that the account is accurate. I verified with my insurance that the provider had been paid (****** ********** ********* ******** **** *** (3rd party billing company)). I contacted my insurance to verify that the provider was paid in ******* via chick **** ** 1/28/21 in a single form check cleared on 2/10/21 via red card/V pay ************** for the allowed amount as a contracted provider through ************* ************** At the rate of $379.32. The EOB stated that there was a discounted amount of $364.85 and the patient’s responsibility was $94.83. After verifying this information from my ************* I then reached out to emergency medicine care LLC via phone call. At first I was not able to verify my account because the address they had on file was incorrect, so I verified my account via my member insurance number & account number. I informed the representative of the in accuracies on my file and requested an update to my file. The representative was argumentative that the provider was not in network. After multiple attempts to clarify I asked for an itemized statement. The representative then informed me that I would have to go online to make the request online portal & email address. I then called ************* again to verify that the provider was contracted in Network, They confirmed that he was. They offered to call via 3-way to emergency medicine care to insist that they update their system. They immediately started the 3-way call. **** * was the representative who answer. She 1st stated that if I didn’t know the in address on file for me she could not help us. Then my insurance repres
