    I have asked BetterDoctor.com to stop contacting me on multiple occasions, both by phone and now three times via email. When I blocked their phone number(s), they then proceeded to start sending me faxes with misleading information about their role in verifying provider data. I am already updating my information with all of the insurance plans for which I am a provider and not one of those plans has been able to verify that I need to interact with BetterDoctor.com. Their communications are both misleading and an ongoing nuisance. My attempts to ask them to remove me from their contact lists have been unsuccessful, so I am now filing a formal complaint.

    We have added your practice to our “Do Not Contact” list, but please be aware that this puts your practice at risk of being suppressed from the PacificSource provider directory.

    We have also coordinated with our client, PacificSource, to have one of their representatives reach out to you so that you may address any other concerns with PacificSource directly.

    As I was clicking on "I accept this response," I received yet another fax from Quest Analytics/BetterDoctor.com. Unbelievable timing. They need to STOP contacting me. They do not represent the insurance companies that I work with.
