I would highly recommend Happy Home Buyers. They were so friendly and the process was so simple. I was selling my parents house after they passed and I feel the price was very fair. They let me set the closing to give me time to go through and get everything out I wanted and then they took care of everything else which took all the stress out of selling the house for me.Happy Home Buyers
