    Based on how I was treated with a recent claim I must disagree with A+ performance. The agency has gotten too big and Jason seems focused more on commercial insurance and financial planning than his long term clients.For some reason, a request for review I made in 2023 to correct a "gap" in my condo policy was never addressed, nor was I told that gap continued to exist.That problem came to light when Allstate denied a claim in July that would have be covered had Allstate either made the addition, or told them why they could not so I could make other arrangements. As a result I have $15,000 in repairs out of pocket.The happy ending is that there a many more competent agencies out there! :o)
