    I was behind on billing because of COVID and other issues
    (not working) they claim I breached their Terms of Service
    (TOS) I wish to pay the balance off and resume services.
    now that I am working and can pay the balance each
    Month however they won't. This is where I need assistance. They blocked me from ever getting services and won't tell me or allow me to explain

    On Tuesday, November 5, 2024 a Goggle Fiber crew of four showed up to install underground service for a neighbor across the street to the west. They were working at an underground junction box on my side of the street. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment and when I returned hours later, the crew was gone. I first noticed a damaged sprinkler head and upon further inspection could see that the crew had installed underground cable along my entire west and south property lines on my property and not upon any easements that Goggle has. I do not have service with Goggle, so I did an internet search and it provided a number ###-###-#### for complaints about construction. I called that number and talked to ****(or ****). After some discussion, I was disconnected from that call and I called back and talked to a person that said would pass that on and have him return my call. That never happened. The Goggle website said to contact the MIssouri Public Service Commission if my concerns were not addressed. I contacted them and they said they had no control over Goggle and referred me to the FTC. I contacted the FTC and filed a complaint with them (Report # *********). They recommended that I also file complaints with the BBB, Missouri Attorney General and with the Federal Information Center. It is now Tuesday, November 12, 2024 and I have received no response from Goggle Fiber, so I am filing this report with you and then will follow up with the Missouri Attorney General and the Federal Information Center. Thank you for your consideration.
