    The business commitment Was to live in a decent home that he failed to put us none of the plumbing working the tub clued up the toilet clued up the drain clued up and all feces is coming back up Thur the tub and toilet and sewer drains our toilet flooded the bathroom the toilet running water out of it he promises to give us our money back Than decided not to all this been happening since 1/9/23 the day we moved in we been living like this for over week and he have yet to have somebody come out and do anything about it we can’t take bath we can’t use the bathroom and we don’t have no stove are refrigerator to store our food are even cook in roach infested still after I bombed the house

    The outcome of this matter nothing have happened beside giving us the run around thur his property manager who barely even answer the phone who name is ***** ******

    Tenant rented the house on 01/10 and from the beginning proved to be a difficult person very aware of her rights but not her obligations. As examples are the fact that she was supposed to pay the rent and deposit prior to move in but failed to do it.  She was also supposed to have all utilities in her name but didn’t do it either. Tenant stated upon signing the lease that she had 2 dogs, yet moved in with 5 dogs!!! I made her aware that the city limit was 4 pets but she didn’t seem to care…
    Tenant called Saturday (01/14) in the afternoon to complain about plumbing.  I explained that this was a holiday weekend and given the hour I doubted that I would be able to get my plumber immediately. I promised that at lhe latest by Monday 01/16 ( still part of MLK holiday).  Tenant agreed. Plumber went to the house and fixed it that Monday.
    Since tenant continue not to fulfill her duties yet complain a lot and still had 5 dogs in the home, I offered to refund what she had paid minus the prorated rent and any damage (the dogs caused damage in the house) On 01/19 our manager, went there, collected the keys as well as a release and refund her the appropriate amount. At the last minute she refused to leave unless we gave her more money. I gladly paid to be rid of a bad tenant.
    This whole complaint is spurious, mean spirited and a sign of the tenant’s entitlement.
    Her desired outcome (a refund) has been reached even before we received the complaint, so I feel nothing else needs to be done.
