    I got a ticket and needed assistance I have a cdl I had to pay membership of 38.95 and they quoted me400 I paid225 deposit then they wanted 550 I cancelled and now they won't refund me

    While ORDP disputes the facts as presented by Ms. ******* in her complaint, ORDP always strives to provide the best customer service and support possible. Accordingly, ORDP has processed a full and complete refund for Ms. ******* in the amount of $263.95 (her $38.95 monthly premium and the $225.00 deposit paid).
    ORDP considers this matter closed but remains willing to assist in any way should there be additional questions or concerns.

    I am rejecting this response because: I haven't received my refund from them as of today I called them to verify just in case they lied and said they would but didn't . talked to yoni on ******** at 330 pm
