  Please beware of this individual and his wife. At first, he will appear professional and very knowledgeable. I hired him to repair cracks in my basement, fix my concrete/blocks on my back porch and a few other things. BAIT AND SWITCH ON MATERIAL used for the repairs to the cracks in my basement. On his estimate, he stated he would use Rhino Carbon repair because it was the best and would last the longest. He described it in full and again stated it was the best. It is also one of the most expensive, per ******* I paid up front for the materials. I have attached photos of the "repair" he did to one of the many cracks in the basement. I asked him why he didn't use the Rhino Carbon repair and he assured me it was as good as Rhino. This repair work was done in June of this year. You can see the cracks and the separation. It's happening to all the areas he repaired in the basement. Just awful. At minimum, he lacks professionalism and would show up to work at 3pm, 4pm and even as late a 5pm. He demanded payment BEFORE the completion of the work, which includes clean-up, walk through and customer satisfaction. Learn from me. My last interaction with him included telling him I would contact the police if he continued his behaviors. I had to fire him due to his belligerence, never showing up when he said he would, constantly demanding money and clearly, subpar workmanship. He came and picked up his tools and left all his debris in my yard. I paid this man over $6,000.00 for very little work, that was at best, c*** I have now learned to check the courts for any criminal or civil judgements on all contractors. This is very sad but please, learn form me and do not hire this man if it is anything beyond changing a light bulb.
