    I signed up and was told I'd be taking out a approx. $4000 dollar loan for services over a few years. I was instead given a line of credit with high APR. I was having medical issues that may have been related to the medicine provided by Heartland Men's Health so decided to cancel. I was told that for some reason it was a couple week process for refunds. After weeks, none of my calls are being returned. This company lies to you and avoid returning phone calls.

    I am filing this complaint due to a lack of transparency and what appears to be improper billing practices at Heartland Men’s Health. I initially paid a $299 down payment, which I understood would cover the consultation and initiate services. I received one lab panel and a single dose of medication. After deciding to cancel my treatment plan after the first week, I visited the clinic in person 2–3 times to request a cancellation and clarification of charges. Despite these visits, I have not been provided with an itemized invoice or a clear explanation of the remaining $1,099 they are now demanding I pay regardless if I actually receive the 2 months of treatment or not. After expressing my discontent, they agreed to knock off the 300 I had already paid off the remaining balance, stating I was responsible for the remaining $500 or so. I have asked for: A copy of the signed contract with terms A breakdown of services rendered and their costs Information on any applied discounts or bundling So far, they have failed to provide adequate documentation. According to the cancellation policy in their own consent form, any remaining balance should reflect only the value of services already rendered, less any discounts. The current demand for an additional $500-1099—without itemization or justification—raises serious concerns. I am not refusing to pay for legitimate services rendered, but I believe I am being unfairly charged and deserve full transparency. I am requesting that the business provide a full itemized breakdown and adjust the charge if necessary, in accordance with the signed agreement. Desired Resolution: A detailed, itemized invoice showing exactly what the $299 covered and what additional charges amount to $500 A corrected and fair cancellation charge based only on services actually rendered Clear and prompt communication going forward.

I was having medical issues that may have been related to the medicine provided by Heartland Men's Health so decided to cancel. I was told that for some reason it was a 3-4 week process for refunds. After 5 weeks, none of my calls or emails were being returned and now my credit has taken a second hit.

    Tried to cancel services on December 6 and again in January...they just text and want another payment...very unprofessional and uncooperative...i just want done and to pay the 200 $ cancellation fee like they promised..thank you
