    They only wanted to provide 2 movers because they said the move was not that large and they didn't want their people standing around doing nothing. And the average price of the move was $300 to $500. But where the money came in at was on that $200 truck, and they were gonna charge me fuel to and from their company

    Like two men and a truck), they're located in Overland Park and they were gonna charge me to **** ** from the ************* ******** **** ** *** **** **. And they charged mileage as well - fuel charges and a $200 flat truck fee.

    ***** only thought $60 for the truck.

    It was extremely upsetting to me and I really feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a senior citizen and I am a female. I kept asking him: “Like *****, you were done in an hour at my location. You bid this for three to four hours. It is taking so long. He told me that he had a sciatic nerve problem. And that he wasn't feeling well. And I'm like, but *****, that's not my fault if you're not feeling well, maybe you should have brought another person. because you promised me three men and a truck. He said But I can do. I can do it I. But it's taken so much longer and the guys are getting frustrated because they're saying ***** is taking long and we are having to stop and help ***** and it is taking so long. I said that is not my problem and maybe he should have brought another person. It was taking forever - everybody's on their phone talking. I have an eyesight problem and wanted the fastest movers possible. You know, I mean, it was just so unprofessional. They could move a

    i charge by an hourly rate, one time  travel fee and three to movers. Time starts when we get there and back until its ended.

    World Class Movers and Auto Transport LLC.

     The only response from the Business is that he Charges By The Hour.

     *** ***** Bidded this as a 2-3 hour Job.

    My Question Still Is?

    Why did it Take 7-and a Half Hours?

    I will be filing other Complaints and this may end up in Court Over This Problem.

    Where  BBB, accept’s a 2-Line Response from the Business,

    and Resolution Specialist **** could not help me Resolve.

    A 2-Line Response to a Customer Complaint about Service for an Increase of almost 5-Hours Of Time,

    Is Unacceptable.

    This Company also has a Complaint History with BBB of Swindling and Cheating Customers Out Of Their Money!
