    I went in there to look at a dog that they told me was available, but he wasn’t there when I arrived. I met my current puppy and asked them for the price. They said over $4,000.00 . On the camera you can see me in destress. I cried because of the uncomfortable outcome of me going to simply look at a puppy and finance. Thanks but this place is not something I can afford to take a puppy at that price at the moment. I was looking to put less than $500.00 today.” I was cornered to purchasing this puppy by them making a call to loan lenders and the “Petland owner” who claimed had a better offer based on my income but that wasn’t the case. I am stuck with two loans and a financial destress. I also took a day on my weekend to do an our visit at Petland and I didn’t leave the place for five hours but the camera footage shows me making multiple attempts to leave like the rest of the customers. I felt stuck! The puppy is cute but not worth a 4,000.00 and a debt.

    At the time of purchase, the customer was given documents with important information, which includes information on our business's limited warranty for the customer. There are specific instructions for the customer in said documents, and requirements that must be followed for effectiveness of the limited warranty. Said instructions and requirements were not followed by the customer. The business has not done anything wrong, and has acted according to the limited warranty provided to the customer.
